Boost state-level biodiesel mandate to help industry, IRFA says
The Iowa Renewable Fuels Association believes policy changes at the state level, such as requiring all diesel sold to have 5% biodiesel, could help the state's biofuels sector stay afloat after Congress failed to extend the biodiesel tax credit last month, said Monte Shaw, an IRFA executive.
